A receipt proves payment, not compliance
Most organizations handle mandated CE by reimbursing staff receipts. It looks simpler, but it moves the research burden onto each clinician and leaves the compliance risk with you.
State mandated topics often carry approval standards that general accreditation does not satisfy. In Florida, general hours must come from a state or national nursing CE accreditor — but medical errors, laws and rules, recognizing impairment, domestic violence, and HIV/AIDS must come from a Florida Board of Nursing approved provider. National accreditation alone does not count.
An employee can buy a legitimately accredited course, submit the receipt, get reimbursed, and still be out of compliance. You pay twice: once for the course, once for the replacement. Selecting a qualifying course centrally removes that risk entirely.
Who buys group CE from us
Different organizations buy the same mandated course for different reasons. Buy mandated continuing education for a staff group or a student cohort in one purchase, at volume pricing, with a certificate for every participant.
Nursing and Allied Health Education Programs
Our largest group of organizational customers. Programs buy for cohorts, and the driver is licensure eligibility rather than staff compliance.
A student who has not completed a required prelicensure course cannot sit for their licensure examination. A graduate who cannot sit does not appear in your pass rate — a metric reported to the board and used in program approval and accreditation review.
What's different here: prelicensure students have no license number and no CE Broker account, so completion cannot be reported to a license that does not exist. The certificate is the entire record. We issue one per student and programs retain copies for the cohort.
Small Clinics and Practices
Practices with roughly 5 to 50 licensed staff, usually across two or more license types, and no dedicated compliance function.
The administrator handling CE is typically also handling scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Reimbursement is not free to them — it is another process to run, one expense claim at a time.
What's different here: volume is modest but the administrative relief is proportionally larger. Most want the specific mandated courses their staff owe, not a library.
Multi-Site and Multi-License Organizations
Hospital systems, medical groups, and clinic networks managing CE for a mixed clinical workforce, often across multiple states.
Coordination breaks before content does. Several license types on different renewal cycles under different state rules means the failure mode is not finding courses — it is proving the right people completed the right training on time.
What's different here: credit paths have to be verified per profession. Nursing credit runs through our ANCC accreditation; physician, pharmacy, dental, and dietetics credit runs through joint providership on eligible courses and is confirmed course by course.
