Joanna Nolte, MSN, APRN
Founder & CEO · ANCC Accredited Provider Program Director
Joanna Nolte is the founder, CEO, and ANCC Accredited Provider Program Director for Renew Now CE, an ANCC-accredited (P0557) provider of continuing education for nurses and interprofessional healthcare teams. As the sole AP-PD credential holder for the accredited provider, she leads accreditation strategy, educational design, and regulatory intelligence across the organization.
Joanna is an advanced practice registered nurse (MSN, APRN, ANP-BC — Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, FNP-BC — Family Nurse Practitioner, both board-certified) with clinical experience in critical care, human subject research, and a decade of leadership in nursing continuing professional development. She has served as an adjunct clinical instructor, where she was awarded Faculty of the Year, and has presented at the 2026 ANCC Professional Development Practitioner Summit.
Her expertise spans ANCC NCPD accreditation criteria, state nursing regulatory intelligence across 20+ jurisdictions, competency-based educational design, and evidence-based clinical content development. She holds a provisional patent on a dual-metric methodology for competency-based continuing education, positioned at the intersection of time-based and outcome-based credentialing.
